We are seeking a Customer Adoption Specialist who has extensive experience with building automation systems and/or building management systems.

To be successful in this role you need to be passionate about AEC-O and the transformation that Digital Twin technologies will bring to the industry. You are a relentless advocate for customer needs and have the desire to build product and technology awareness among customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with our customers and ensure their success in the onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Autodesk Tandem
  • Learn and understand customer workflows and help customers adapt them to leverage Autodesk Tandem
  • Develop Customer Success plans and execute adoption strategies to expand Autodesk Tandem usage
  • Design innovative ways to engage with customers using a variety of platforms to drive adoption
  • Create and deliver a variety of content and training materials to customers both online and in person
  • Partner and collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to translate customer challenges into well-articulated published workflow solutions and best practices
  • Help drive long-term success by working with customers to accelerate their business goals and drive adoption by improving business processes, maximizing technology investment, and demonstrating the benefits of process change
  • Partner with Marketing to procure, articulate and publish customer success stories

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Technology Management, AEC-O Industry, or similar
  • Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Experience with Owner/Operator relationship management and project delivery practices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the built asset lifecycle and BIM
  • 5+ years' experience in customer implementation, support, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to present and engage with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and facilitation skills
  • Ability to convey complex workflows coherently to a live or virtual audience
  • Strong work ethic, high quality standards and passionate about great customer experiences

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,600 and $170,830. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
