This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager - REMOTE. This role is crucial for driving excellent customer experiences and ensuring that clients achieve their business goals through our solutions. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging insights to enhance product adoption and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will monitor customer health and advocate for their needs within the organization. Your success in this position will directly impact customer retention and the overall growth of our service offerings.

Accountabilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key language access stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and utilization data.
  • Deliver training and advise on best practices to maximize product usage.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Reviews with clients.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and execute account strategy.
  • Maintain internal CRM to monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts.
  • Own contract renewal processes and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell and additional client value.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and project management abilities.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and CRM systems.
  • High level of initiative and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for health equity and enhancing communication access.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel to client sites.
