How you can help make a better world of work
Culture Amp is looking for an experienced Customer Analytics & Insights Manager that will support our growing Global Post Sales practice. Reporting to the Director of Customer Analytics, this individual will be working alongside the Customer Revenue Operations team to support our Global Post Sales stakeholders by driving insights and analytics. The ideal candidate will be result oriented, outcome focused and above all be able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders. Prior experience and familiarity in a SaaS high growth industry is desired. Must possess the flexibility to shift tasks quickly in a rapidly evolving environment.

You will
- Drive and support strategic data and insights reporting for Post Sales team
- Provide analytical support in the forecasting of main SaaS Post Sales metrics such as Churn, Expansion and Retention metrics
- Be constantly improving the data our Post Sales team have access to in order to drive business outcomes an decisions
- Execute analytical projects from ideation to completion as well as evolution and work cross-functionally with peers within Rev Ops and various teams at Culture Amp
- Participate in data infrastructure improvement projects and UAT testing
- Collaborate with Product Analytics, Data governance, Finance and Data engineering in building trusted data for Culture Amp
- Experience with data tools such as SQL, dBT and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker
- You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek!
You haveÂ
- At least 24 months of consecutive Revenue Operations experience, ideally with a focus on Post Sales or Customer Success teams
- Have had experience with global stakeholder including US
- Experience in data/insights process and procedures
- Detailed oriented and well organized with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Ability to coordinate large scale projects that require workforce change management across global offices
- Proven experience improving processes and managing technology in a fast-paced SaaS environment.Â
- R or Python and data predictive modeling knowledge a plus
