Customer Business Lead - DT/FD

**This role will be based near Dollar Tree Inc HQ in Chesapeake, Virginia.**

A Customer Business Lead with a proven track record for strong business results and people leadership skills driven to deliver topline customer plans and market share objectives for Mars Wrigley Confectionery.

This individual will develop collaborative and productive relationships with both Dollar Tree Inc banners: Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. They will have full management of the topline +$275M in revenue. This associate will also lead the efforts of collaboration with our internal stakeholders, inclusive of sales operations, finance, supply/customer service, category management, and customer marketing team members.

**This role will be based near Dollar Tree Inc HQ in Chesapeake, Virginia.**

What are we looking for?

  • 5-10 + years experience in sales, category or broker manager experience in the CPG industry with previous customer-facing experience preferred
  • Proven track record of business target achievements
  • Strategic thinking with ability to solve problems
  • Ability to negotiate and influence
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time as needed
  • Successful completion of a drug & background screen
  • Must be based in Chesapeake/Norfolk, Virginia

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Deliver annual business targets across GSV, NSV, market share and sales-focused key performance metrics
  • Develop and lead mutual business relationships with key Sr. stakeholders across Dollar Tree and Family Dollar
  • Develop topline category and customer strategy via effectively utilizing syndicated data, customer channel, data, confection segment trends, trade intelligence, and brand facts to define 1-3 year road map for customer growth goals
  • Identify, develop, and present annual business customer plans that support volume and share growth targets while ensuring a profitable business model for Mars Wrigley Confectionery
  • Deliver quarterly financial business reviews to track progress against defined NSV targets
  • Manage sales presentations tied to business priorities and focus areas to ensure full team alignment on annual business plans
