Job Description

Quickbase is seeking a customer centric marketer to roll up their sleeves and dive into the creation of customer campaigns to drive expand efforts. Reporting to the Director of Global Campaigns, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer marketing experience and enjoys all phases of campaign creation from brainstorming, planning and development, through optimization and reporting out on learnings. This person should have a passion around providing value to the customer through relevant content, offers, and communications and is willing to try something new and learn from it. The Customer Marketing Strategist will support expand business goals and objectives and will be responsible for orchestrating integrated campaigns across a variety of channels in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Lead and orchestrate a cross-functional team on strategy, planning, development, and execution of customer marketing campaigns to support expand business

  • Monitor and optimize programs using data-driven decisioning and qualitative feedback from existing and previous projects

  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results and share learnings, insights, and areas of opportunity through monthly readouts 

  • Experiment with channel mix and tactics including nurture, webinars, paid campaigns, content, etc to generate pipeline and expand Quickbase's customer accounts 

  • Innovate and experiment with programs within the campaign for continuous improvement

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing and with channels including email, display, webinars, nurture, ABM, etc. 

  • Understanding of the buyer's journey and expand strategies

  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights, learnings and recommended pivots

  • Strong communication and collaboration cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment 

  • Strong organization and leadership skills with the ability to bring people together and keep the team on track to hit deadlines
