The Role

Reporting directly to the Manager Professional Services you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and accurate transition of client data during complex migration projects. You'll work closely with the Data Management team to tackle data challenges and optimize project timelines. Your expertise in data handling and problem-solving will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and quality of client information throughout the migration process.

As a key contributor to our Customer Experience team you will be responsible for:

Data Migration Execution:

- Skillfully perform data migration tasks ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

- Collaborate with Data Management Specialists to track project progress and address any roadblocks.

- Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies (e.g. missing or unclear data) to guarantee successful project outcomes.

- Uphold rigorous data migration standards best practices and quality assurance protocols.

Project Optimization:

- Assess the estimated effort required for various tasks facilitating efficient project scheduling.

- Prioritize multiple project tasks to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.

Risk Management:

- Identify potential data or process gaps early in the project lifecycle and propose effective solutions.

- Consult with the migration team on process refinements to align with project goals and objectives.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in data migration data analysis or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and transformation using tools like Excel SQL or similar software.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data identify issues and develop solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  • Experience with data migration software or platforms is a plus.
