This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Development Manager – TikTok in United States.

This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-growth social commerce channel, driving performance across TikTok Shop to accelerate revenue, consumer acquisition, and brand visibility. You will own end-to-end channel strategy and execution, partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams and external platform and agency partners. The position blends commercial ownership, digital strategy, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-evolving eCommerce environment. You will be accountable for forecasting, promotional planning, and optimizing the full TikTok Shop commercial calendar. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to unlock growth opportunities and improve performance outcomes. This is a high-impact position where you will help establish TikTok Shop as a core revenue engine while shaping scalable digital commerce capabilities.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of TikTok Shop performance, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, brand goals, and commercial priorities.
  • Manage relationships with TikTok, agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams to drive cohesive execution and growth initiatives.
  • Own forecasting, demand planning, and budget alignment, identifying risks and escalating supply or performance gaps as needed.
  • Optimize TikTok Shop commercial levers including assortment, pricing, promotions, and campaign calendar execution.
  • Track channel performance, analyze KPIs, and identify actionable insights to improve ROI and accelerate growth.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging TikTok Shop trends to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain scalable playbooks and best practices to support long-term channel expansion.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in consulting, consumer-packaged goods (CPG), or digital/eCommerce environments.
    • Strong experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory or P&L management.
    • Prior experience with TikTok Shop, social commerce, or agency partnerships strongly preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and executive presentations.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize return on investment across digital channels.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring agility and initiative.
