This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Education Manager in Greece.
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Education Manager to lead the design, delivery, and management of impactful learning experiences for customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will be at the forefront of implementing a new Learning Management System while creating engaging e-learning content that drives adoption and customer success. You will collaborate across teams, balancing creative content development with technical systems administration. This position requires adaptability, strong analytical skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve meaningful outcomes. Accountabilities:

  • Support the implementation and administration of a new Learning Management System, including testing, user management, and daily operations.
  • Develop, maintain, and refresh high-quality e-learning modules, videos, and other training content for customers and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain training libraries, credentialing programs, and multimedia resources.
  • Generate reports and retrieve data from the LMS to support leadership insights and decision-making.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Education, Learning and Development, or Sales Operations, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing or implementing an LMS (e.g., Skilljar, Docebo, Intellum, Thought Industries).
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia) and a strong sense of user-centered design.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to assess learning impact.
  • Excellent technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software integrations.
  • Self-starter with the flexibility to shift between creative content design and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
