Job Summary:Ā This role will work with clients to effectively launch Medrio products by training the end users at the client sites.Ā A strong understanding of customer needs will guide the launch activities for each client. |
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with the Customer Enablement Coordinating team to ensure quality processes and documentation are available and used for each client engagement.
- Supervise the team supporting the client during their initial interaction with the Medrio software and services by understanding customer business goals and objectives, developing strong rapport, and executing against a defined training plan.
- Play a pivotal role in the initial training, project management, and delivery of implementation and integration of Medrio services.
- Managing a portfolio of customer and site enablement projects with a diverse set of customers, and as the first touch point in a customerās experience post sale, will be a critical player in driving long-term customer success and demonstrating the value of the Medrio solution.
- Working across departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Engineering and Product Management, bringing customer objectives to fruition through cross-departmental collaboration and communication.
- Key Responsibilities:Ā
- Understand and translate customer business goals into successful project plans in order to achieve them using Medrio technology during initial onboardingĀ
- Ensure that the team becomes expert on the Medrio solution and trains customers with varying levels of sophistication
- Support the team as they assist customers to navigate the technical aspects of the enablement process, including the implementation of Medrio platform, feature sets and modules
- Identify and drive efficiency in the enablement process by developing best practices and process improvements on an ongoing basisĀ
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth hand-offs before and after enablement engagements.
- Act as an escalation point to assist customers to quickly identify potential issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure the best possible experience during the onboarding periodĀ
- OverseeĀ the definition of project specifications and client requirements, involve all relevant departments to ensure technical feasibility and resource availability
Skills/Areas of Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills both written & verbalĀ
- Strong interpersonal skills & proven success in cross-functional collaborationĀ
- Proven project management and implementation skills
- Proficient with Excel, comfortable with Salesforce, familiar with Jira, and any with experience with CRM or SaaS support software is a plusĀ
- A healthy obsession on customer satisfaction and the customer experience, and a willingness to be its internal advocateĀ
- The ability to self-direct as circumstances change and priorities shift, based on organizational needs, without constant & overt micromanagement
Salary Range: $75,000 - $88,000
