Job Summary
Ensure our external customer training and enablement creates BeyondTrust advocates. Take inputs from multiple functional departments and collaborates with key stakeholders to provide the necessary direction for our external customer training programs. The role will oversee development, maintenance, and evaluation of impact and success of these programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform detailed business needs assessments in coordination with the training team, as well as other stakeholders across the business in areas such as, customer support and professional services.
- Develop and evolve plans for effective customer technical enablement, delivered in a variety of formats, to meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with training resource teams to execute on training development and maintenance plans.
- Define and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and training.
- Bring a strong set of interpersonal skills, craft sustainable programs, and work collaboratively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong organizational skills, ability to adapt quickly, and drive projects independently with a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
- The ability to lead group meetings in person or virtually.
- Exceptional program management skills.
- Ability to be self-sufficient, excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills but not Required
- Program management or training experience is a plus
- Experience with a global customer base
