About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Customer Engagement Associate (CEA) to join our rapidly growing company. The CEA will be a key player on the Account Management team and will support the team's day-to-day responsibilities, including client account setup, app & salesforce pipeline management, and creating event-based emails for strategic accounts. You will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that our customers are able to achieve positive business outcomes throughout their partnership with Ontra.

What you'll do
- Customer onboarding: facilitate a smooth and efficient onboarding process, along with our Customer Success onboarding team, for new enterprise customers including scoping, timeline, budget, training, and consulting on configuration options
- App and Salesforce: become an app expert, continuously defining and redefining core processes based on customer feedback and experience; and manage all app and salesforce updates
- Event-based emails: collaborate with marketing to execute and deploy activity and event-based email campaigns
- Playbook assistance: help with playbook updates and creation for client cross-sells and upsells
- Process optimization: map out the customer journey and help constantly improve the company's customer-facing processes
What you'll bring
- Experience: At least one year of professional work experience; law firm, legal tech, or fintech experience preferred
- Verbal & written communication: you communicate in a clear, concise, and compelling way, and have excellent professional writing skills and email etiquette
- Diligence and attention to detail: effective project management and consistent delivery of timely, high-quality work
- Organization: you are process-oriented and are comfortable creating and maintaining systems upon which others rely
- Efficiency: you have excellent time-management skills, can prioritize tasks appropriately, and work to streamline processes
- Desire to learn: you have the desire and ability to rapidly learn about our clientbase and their different requirements while adapting to new platforms quickly
- Relationship management: you seek to accurately understand and proactively meet customer need, establishing a foundation of trust and partnership in relationships with key customer stakeholders

Ontra publishes salary ranges on our salary board here: https://bit.ly/3UjAOE3, which currently includes estimated annual cash salary ranges for candidates based in Colorado and New York City, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Ontra leverages current market data to determine compensation, so posted figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
Ontra factors in your location when benchmarking compensation for most roles. If you are not located in Colorado or New York City and have been selected to participate in our interview process, we encourage you to speak with your recruiter about compensation for the role during an initial conversation.
In addition to cash salary, the total compensation package Ontra offers includes unit-based compensation (if applicable). Certain roles in our sales and account management departments may also be eligible to receive variable compensation or commission.
