We are looking for a remote Customer Engagement Marketing Manager to join our enterprise tech client's team. This role will sit on the Tech for Social Impact (TSI) Marketing team and will play a key role in developing and executing marketing and engagement models with strategic federated/affiliate-based nonprofits. The role will focus on building engagement plans to support tech acceleration aligned to the organization’s goals while increasing organization penetration and growing TSI revenue through a number of marketing engines. This includes content development, event coordination, sponsorship, customer advocacy, lead generation and tracking ROI while collaborating closely with various teams such as sales, solutions, and partner teams.
As part of the Tech for Social Impact Marketing team, you’ll embrace the company’s marketing principles, drive marketing efficiency and scale, and be customer centric. You’ll be part of an integrated marketing team that supports sales to generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and delight our customers, creating brand love.

- Collaborate with strategic nonprofits to develop customized marketing strategies that align with their digital transformation goals and objectives, while supporting TSI’s priorities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic nonprofits, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead the development and execution of an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plan, tailored to each organization within our strategic nonprofit partnerships.
- Create and implement engaging marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness within the strategic nonprofits.
- Develop and optimize lead capture mechanisms and processes to ensure efficient lead management and conversion, leveraging existing resources and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales team to track and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
We would like you to have…
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing principles, account-based marketing or partnership management, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Excellent team player with project management skills, who can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience or familiar with event strategy and event execution, including executing in-person event booth and online/virtual events.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to drive a connected marketing and sales funnel and working with demand generation marketing tools.Â
- Experience working with Microsoft or other enterprise tech companies is preferred

Compensation Range: $114K - $124K
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
