Job Description
We’re hiring Customer Enrollment Representatives to join our Seattle-based team supporting a major telecommunications campaign. As part of our sales and support division, you’ll work directly with customers by helping them navigate wireless and internet options, solve service issues, and activating new accounts. You’ll gain in-demand experience in customer service, sales strategy, and retail account coordination. This is a full-time, in-person role best suited for individuals who are excited about learning, confident in communication, and motivated by achievement.
In This Role, You’ll:
• Interact directly with customers to assist with wireless and internet services
• Guide new customers through service plan options and account activation
• Support existing clients with plan changes, upgrades, and general account management
• Answer product and billing questions while resolving service issues professionally
• Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account records
• Work toward team and individual performance goals in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborate with leaders and peers to improve service strategy and share insights
• Stay up to date on promotions, new products, and telecom trends
