GuideIT is a US based technology services company focused on providing value to its customers through technology alignment and optimization. We are currently looking for a Customer Executive with experience in DevOps to join our Plano, TX team. Only local candidates will be considered.
About the Role
Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer engagements to include business consulting, strategic planning, growth, direction, marketing, sales, delivery, profit and loss. Responsible for providing appropriate deliverables to meet customer needs. Knows the customer's marketplace, competitive landscape, and financial and business drivers. We are seeking a Customer Executive who also understands the complete development lifecycle of applications and software systems.
Primary Duties
- Overall ownership of assigned customer relationship(s) and contract.
- Builds and maintains advisory relationships with senior executive level customers and customer influencers.
- Engages in all phases of selling and delivery of customer solutions.
- Provides technical leadership and recommendations to customers around the design, development and installation of enhancements and upgrades to systems and application software.
- Ensures contractual expectations and met and exceeded.
- Effectively manages P&L across multiple deal structures.
- Responsible for revenue and profit goals.
- Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
- May influence and/or develop broad programs and initiatives.
- Conducts solid stakeholder and risk analysis on key issues.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- 5-10 Years of proven experience as IT Client Manager or similar role with 5+ years
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills and ability to manage business related discussion, influence key stakeholders and drive groups towards decisions
- Ability to initiate and drive changes in process, methodology and other PMO related areas
- Strong customer drive and dedication to quality and success
- Experience developing external relationships and networks to support business development and professional growth
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management Information Systems or related field preferred, but not required
