Full-time, (home)based in the US

In this role, you will be responsible for areas including Customer Care Online, Customer Care T24, Central Ticketing Support Services, and Product and Development Orders Platform Customer Service. You will provide value as a consultative facilitator to our internal business partners, by effectively translating both business and technical opportunities and challenges into a tangible and actionable format. As theCustomer Experience Analyst,you willdeliver objective expertise in the assessment of the possible impacts of various courses of action.

A snapshot of this opportunity

• Deliver subject matter expertise on travel industry practices and underlie industry technologies
• Maintain a good understanding of all GDS and BCD Travel technology products to develop and implement a proper process
• Provide consultation on business and technical analysis with project stakeholders and enterprise technology personnel
• Develop and deploy mid-office standards across all GDS platforms
• Implement creative uses of technology in collaboration with other technology teams, to help decrease transaction processing time
• Provide management with significant information related to client concerns, programming errors, and escalations
• Plan, and organize projects to accomplish company objectives
• Participate in activities with internal business partners to understand and gather business needs and requirements

How you can set yourself apart

• Extensive Business Travel Industry, Travel Agent or Operations experience
• Expert in all aspects of the travel reservation process
• Good knowledge of MidOffice Applications (Key-CO/Internal support) and GDS systems Apollo, Sabre, Galileo
• Understanding of BCD Travel front-mid-and back-office processes
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and process reengineering skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills also in English, including technical references
• Ability to travel as needed
