The Role

Digital marketing is advancing at a dizzying pace and companies are turning to the Adobe, the leader in enterprise marketing software, to stay ahead.

Adobe CXAs guide customers through transformative journeys by identifying tech and business services to boost their investments. Collaborating with sales teams, you'll gain insights across Adobe products and develop a roadmap aligned with customer goals. As a trusted advisor, you'll craft solution architectures using Adobe Dx Cloud suite to drive adoption and maturity. By staying aware of product strategy, consulting offerings, and sales pipeline, you'll deliver valuable business outcomes such as revenue growth, improved customer experience, and reduced marketing spend.

Working closely with internal teams like licensing, presales, product, and support, you'll capture valuable customer information, accelerate success, and provide exceptional experiences. What you'll do

• Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel.

• Lead and conduct business and technical discovery and workshop sessions with customers across multiple products.

• Problem solving, building strategies and creating innovative solution architectures uniquely tailored to customer objectives.

• Exude executive presence and think big picture.

• Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements.

• Mitigate risk by identifying critical project dependencies & gaps.

• Present your proposals to executive-level customers in a clear and compelling way.

• Help customers understand Adobe's diverse capabilities to drive transformation.

• Continuously improve the Solution Architecture team's knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing collateral.

What you need to succeed

• Experience working in a world-class consulting or technology organization.

• Passion for solving customer problems and rapidly converting pipeline opportunities into closed deals.

• Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies.

• In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, eCommerce, DAM, Mobile strategies etc.) Balance of business and technology skill.

• Ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner.

• Identify business problems and tie your proposed solutions to measurable success criteria.

• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, including ability to build clear observations, analysis and conclusions based on customer interviews and data.

• Excellent customer-facing skills with experience addressing to and achieving consensus from senior executives (managers, directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs).

• Exceptional communications skills both oral and written (e.g., PowerPoint presentations).

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time.

• Trusted colleague who can collaborate with multiple team members to arrive at the best solution.

• High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of marketing areas.

• Bonus: experience in Solution Architecture, familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, Customer Engineering or Delivery background.

• Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,200 -- $265,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
