Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Experience Associate at First International Bank and Trust you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism to existing and/or prospective customers by answering in-bound calls and responding to inquiries and requests related to deposit and loan accounts.

On top of answering in-bound calls a Customer Experience Associate will provide support through interactive chats. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to enhance the customer experience by promoting and referring to all divisions of the bank.

This is an in-office position. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-bound calls (50-60 per day)
• Answers questions related to credit and debit cards for both internal & external customers.
• Provides online/mobile banking support to both internal and external customers and perform outbound calls welcoming new online/mobile banking customers.
• Complete interactive chats and video teller transactions.
• Problem solve and escalate customer interactions to Team Leads as appropriate.
• Enhance customer experience by promoting and referring to all divisions of the bank.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency; or one to three years of related experience in a customer service environment.
