Position Summary:

In the Customer Experience Associate position, you'll increase customer loyalty by delighting our customers and guests through corporate customer experience activities (specified customer visits and events; national, corporate, and state tradeshows and sponsorships; specified supplier events, and other activities as designated). You'll help create a consistent and exceptional experience for customers, suppliers, and valued guests of Direct Supply.

  • Delivers Results - Can manage competing priorities and deliver within defined timelines while also ensuring strong attention to detail and consistent updates are provided where needed.
  • Exhibit a consultative approach to comprehend and provide insightful recommendations that enhance "moments of truth."
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to foster customer engagement.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Design the customization of high-quality engagements to maximize the Company's objectives and support customer relationship development.
  • Work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and possess a strong ability to develop, drive and coordinate a wide range of communications.
  • Support the Customer Experience team in planning and execution of tactics to expand customer awareness and engagement.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, identifying timelines and coordinating efforts to drive success.
  • Execute Customer Experience reporting, including reconciliations and monthly activity reporting.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or similar position
