Customer Experience Associate

Position Summary:
Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.
In the Customer Experience Associate position, you'll increase customer loyalty by delighting our customers and guests through corporate customer experience activities (specified customer visits and events; national, corporate, and state tradeshows and sponsorships; specified supplier events, and other activities as designated). You'll help create a consistent and exceptional experience for customers, suppliers, and valued guests of Direct Supply.

- Delivers Results - Can manage competing priorities and deliver within defined timelines while also ensuring strong attention to detail and consistent updates are provided where needed.
- Exhibit a consultative approach to comprehend and provide insightful recommendations that enhance "moments of truth."
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to foster customer engagement.
What You'll Do and Impact:
- Design the customization of high-quality engagements to maximize the Company's objectives and support customer relationship development.
- Work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and possess a strong ability to develop, drive and coordinate a wide range of communications.
- Support the Customer Experience team in planning and execution of tactics to expand customer awareness and engagement.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, identifying timelines and coordinating efforts to drive success.
- Execute Customer Experience reporting, including reconciliations and monthly activity reporting.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or similar position
