About The Role

Nisolo is seeking a full time Customer Experience Associate to provide an exceptional experience through email and chat to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers a positive, friendly experience to our customers through written conversation and service.
  • Answers customer inquiries from SMS, email, chat and recommends solutions for customer issues.
  • Knowledgeable and able to communicate about Nisolo’s values, product, and our industry. Excited to ask questions and learn!
  • Communicate efficiently and accurately about our products, sizing and features, as well as company policies.
  • Troubleshoot when necessary and proactively communicate with management regularly to ensure that complaints are forwarded to the correct department for investigation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in customer-facing roles preferred
  • Experience working in Gladly, or similar CRM system
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Google G Suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic
  •  
  • Strong collaborative and detail oriented skills
  • Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly navigate between internal systems
  • Strong, positive attitude with high integrity

Compensation: $17.68 per hour. 40 hours per week.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Candidate must be based in Tennessee. Work environment remote).
