About The Role
Nisolo is seeking a full time Customer Experience Associate to provide an exceptional experience through email and chat to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Delivers a positive, friendly experience to our customers through written conversation and service.
- Answers customer inquiries from SMS, email, chat and recommends solutions for customer issues.
- Knowledgeable and able to communicate about Nisolo’s values, product, and our industry. Excited to ask questions and learn!
- Communicate efficiently and accurately about our products, sizing and features, as well as company policies.
- Troubleshoot when necessary and proactively communicate with management regularly to ensure that complaints are forwarded to the correct department for investigation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience working in customer-facing roles preferred
- Experience working in Gladly, or similar CRM system
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Google G Suite and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Strong collaborative and detail oriented skills
- Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly navigate between internal systems
- Strong, positive attitude with high integrity
Compensation: $17.68 per hour. 40 hours per week.
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Candidate must be based in Tennessee. Work environment remote).
