Responsible for promoting a highly satisfied customer experience. CECs oversee a team of Associates at the Front End, ensuring the education and execution of the proper ringing sequence and the promotion of all loyalty programs. CECs lead by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying our REACH philosophy and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
