Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Level 1 IT Helpdesk/Technical Support you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and timely resolutions to callers for a wide range of issues. The key objective will be to identify and troubleshoot at the first point of contact for incident resolution. This role offers a wide range of exposure to issues with applications, software, hardware, network systems, and user administration allowing you to develop and grow skills in an IT Helpdesk role and support callers and the campaign in delivering superior service. As a Level 1 IT Helpdesk or Technical Support, you will also be responsible for escalating to 2nd & 3rd level support resources as appropriate.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
β β18 years old and above
β At least a Senior High School graduate
β IT fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
β with at least 6 months of IT or BPO-related industry experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
β βExperience in Customer Service / Technical Support preferred but not
required
β Ability to multitask and manage complex transactions in a given
timeframe
β Has exceptional verbal & written communication skills
β Above average problem-solving skills
β Open to feedback and coaching
β Confident to exchange communications with counterparts
β Has a passion for resolving complicated transactions
β Possesses a keen eye for pertinent details
β Amenable to Work On-site - Eastwood City
β Amenable to work on shifting schedule
