This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will own the customer communications engine and storytelling motion to enhance customer engagement. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you implement innovative email marketing strategies and develop customer advocacy programs that drive pipeline growth. By collaborating cross-functionally, you will ensure that customer insights and feedback are at the forefront of all initiatives, optimizing every touchpoint along the customer journey. This role is pivotal in highlighting the brand's value and elevating the overall customer experience. Accountabilities

  • Own email marketing strategy and execution — ABM, lifecycle, and nurture campaigns
  • Build evergreen and drip sequences that move prospects and customers through the funnel
  • Apply email best practices: segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and copywriting
  • Ensure communications align with messaging and positioning framework set by Product Marketing
  • Orchestrate the customer advocacy program: wins, references, case studies, and testimonials
  • Partner with content writers and the brand/design team to develop compelling customer stories
  • Build a library of proof points — logos, quotes, case studies to support Sales and Marketing
  • Drive awareness and pipeline growth for new product and feature launches
  • Requirements

  • Hands-on email marketing experience: ABM, lifecycle, nurture, segmentation, and copywriting
  • 6 years of marketing experience; 8 years of total professional experience preferred
  • Proven track record marketing to B2B audiences and driving measurable pipeline impact
  • Customer-centric mindset — communicate value in the customer's language
  • Strong program and project management skills — manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable operating under ambiguity — define structure where it doesn’t exist
  • Strong ownership mentality: drive execution and own outcomes end-to-end
  • Data-driven mindset — use metrics to inform decisions and optimize continuously
