Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally and we have multiple offices across the U.S. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working across time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio-level product management across CES
- Lead Engineering and product team to create product requirements for four brands
- Create process for MRD and ongoing road map development
- Evangelize overall product vision to internal and external stakeholders
- Create cross selling thought leadership- identify best opportunities and drive market requirements for best ICP's. Eliminate low ROI options.
- Own competitive analysis and landscape to inform product strategy and development priorities
- Contribute as member of leadership team for Customer Engagement Solutions
- Build and develop the organization needed to support above outcomes
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management leadership experience for a software/SaaS company
- Experience creating product road map for multiple products
- Ability to articulate compelling vision for road map
- Experience in product led growth (PLG) for freemium and Try& Buy models
- Has led a product team for a division of a mid-size or large public company
- Understanding of working across functions within a division and working across divisions to create results
- Experience in mapping user persona's, user journeys, and can lead the organizations stakeholders through these practices
- Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- You're self-motivated and a driven contributor who gets things done
- You're well organized and detail-oriented
- You have deep knowledge of and experience applying product management best practices
- You love working with others
- You're not afraid to make decisions
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but experience is more important
