Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, sales and providing information about products and services. This is a dynamic role that requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including face to face, phone, email and chat. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and navigate through services. • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and billing inquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Educate customers on billing procedures, plans, and additional features. • Stay informed about latest offerings and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications or sales environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism. • Familiarity with products, services, and billing systems is a plus.
