Customer Experience Support Associate
Job Description
The Customer Experience Support Associate performs diverse administrative tasks in support of Call Center activities. Job functions include a variety of routine and some non-routine clerical and phone-related job functions.Â
Responsibilities:Â

Handling mail itemsÂ

Data entryÂ

Creation or completion of reportingÂ

Title work processingÂ
-
Extension/due date change processingÂ

Calling customers and dealersÂ
-
Identifying funds received and paid in full processing
