Customer Experience Team

Job duties include, but are not limited to: Greeting staff and customers, answering phones, providing product information, taking payments, helping customers with enrollment, gym daily tasks completion, and finding the perfect product option for all prospective families! Requirements: Must be friendly, welcoming, fun, and have a positive attitude. Must enjoy building relationships, customer experience, and love kids. Must have proficient verbal and written skills, computer knowledge, and the ability to problem solve. Standing while greeting families, assisting classes, and providing facility tours are part of the job, so you must be physically active.
