Customer Experience Trainer
Job Description
Are you skilled in providing training to employees, customers, and partners? Are you passionate about gathering insights from subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging content? As our Customer Experience Trainer, you will expand our reach by delivering impactful training in person, online, and through webinars for Evolv, partners, and customers. Update existing courses with essential content and maintain a robust learning platform for delivering top-notch training to our customer base, channel team, and Evolvers. Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?In the first 30 days, you will:
- Gain familiarity with the organization and our current training programs
- Participate in Evolv Product Training learning all the details of our operations, installations and servicing of the Evolv Express
- Begin to support the development of Evolv trainings and courses via led sessions virtually and in person
Within 3 months, you will:
- Continue to grow your knowledge and understanding of Evolv’s products
- Begin to deliver engaging content to a wide audience (technical and non-technical)
- Establish relationships with cross-functional teams to begin to gather knowledge and updates from them on a regular cadence
- Be a team player who promotes Evolv with enthusiasm and delivers with confidence and respect of our customer base
- Be a cheerleader with a true mentor spirit and desire to make everyone better around them
By the end of the first year, you will:
- Be well respected in the company and sought after for delivering (and developing) Evolv product content to all parties (customer, partner, prospects, and Evolvers)
- Be a true leader in the learning field and be a major player within Evolv’s revenue team and
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Evolv products while continually creating and publishing content that resonates and sticks with the prospective parties, being sure to communicate all technical details in a consistent and accurate manner.
- Use team engagement to gather and create accurate and informative learning content
- Develop customer service soft skills to support emotional competence, interpersonal and communications skills
- Work on content development/delivery of Evolv courses workshops, webinars, and assessments.
- Continuously improve courses/personnel through continuous improvement efforts
- Report the status of content and delivery to help push Evolv's mission
- Become proficient in delivering training content (all modes) to Evolv, partners, and customers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training for future improvements
- Assist in course redevelopment
- Provide support for Technical Sales & Solutions and Customer Success with content development and delivery of train-the-trainer content including technical and soft skills
- Track course competitions and administration of Evolv Academy for certification purposes
- Develop (improve) a certification program for partners
- Become an Evolv expert and leader
- You will be joining the Field Services team and report to the Manager of Technical Documentation and Education.

- The location of this role is based out of our HQ in Waltham, MA with some flexibility in being remote some days.
