Customer-Facing Technical Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer-Facing Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our client integration projects, ensuring smooth communication between our technical teams and our customers while managing all phases of complex technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of technical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal capabilities.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and QA, to ensure that project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Communication: Provide clear and consistent updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial tracking.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery and customer engagement.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to navigate technical discussions with both clients and internal teams.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Decision-Making: Ability to make informed, objective decisions regarding project priorities based on the current status and client needs.
- Tools Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools, particularly Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
