We are looking for someone to join our team as Customer for Life Incentives Administrator. This position is a key member of our incentives team, supporting our outside sales team, working side by side with distributors and dealers, inputting and analyzing data, purchase orders, incentive points, etc., and help organize and complete all reservations for incentive members attending the annual Club P trip! You may get lucky and be asked to attend the trip!

 

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Inside sales administrator responsible for administering the Fluidra incentive programs, to include assisting outside sales staff with promoting and selling the Club P trip, conducting outbound calls to gain interest and booking customers for the annual Club P trip. Answer incoming phone calls from customers and sales staff in regard to account balances, analyzing sales data received from distributor’s and verifying customer accounts are accruing points accurately and in a timely fashion. Manage rewards website and shared inboxes. Additionally, you will:

  • Answer phone inquiries; provide program information, order status, and shipment tracking.
  • Provide regional support for reward customers, and sales team, including points research and entry or redemption.
  • Utilize Excel to review, modify, and prepare dealer purchase data submitted by our reward customers or distributors.
  • Review and adjust dealer data errors from the PIP Corrections forms to ensure customers receive the appropriate points.
  • Administer annual Club P trip, including trip reservations and bookings, in-house trip lists, hotel room listings, attendee calls, trip payment/collection, upselling of rooms, and trip mailings.
  • Offer on-site assistance to customers during the trip.
  • Sign-up new customers to use the Fluidra rewards website, to include issuing logins and passwords.
  • Provide backup phone support to Customer Support Representatives.
  • May be asked to travel to annual Club P trip location.
  • Accepts and performs other work assignments as assigned.
WHAT WE SEEK Must have 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to type 50 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must have a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of multitasking
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and/or other ERP systems a plus
  • Hospitality or Travel Industry experience a plus

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Expected hourly pay range is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
