As a Customer Implementation Specialist at Health Gorilla, you will report to the Director of Customer Success. You'll work directly with customers through email and phone to resolve their issues and ensure they have an amazing experience anytime they interact with us. As an experienced customer service specialist, you will handle everything from troubleshooting complex questions to managing escalations. If you excel at supporting new products and developing support processes, then this role is for you!

What you will do at Health Gorilla
  • Oversee assigned implementations while working with an Onboarding Specialist and other teams to balance client and project needs.
  • Facilitate technical discussions for solution integration, applying HL7, API and multiple client specific file formats.
  • Reply to inbound support inquiries by email and phone.
  • Manage escalated support issues through email and phone.
  • Document pain points to share with other company partners.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years in a healthcare support role with experience in email, chat and voice.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare market solutions, healthcare product implementations, integrations (HL7, APIs, Interfaces).
  • Empathy for users and experience providing the best customer implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and G-suite
  • Knowledge in Healthcare Labs is a plus
  • Willingness and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Education: BA or BS degree in a business-related field.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
