10 to 12-week paid, full-time internship flexible based on the candidate’s break schedule

Base Salary band: $18 - $22.50 an hour

Job Summary:

As a Customer Insights Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to critical research projects and gain valuable, direct experience on up and down-stream projects with genuine business impact. You will collaborate closely with our team to establish and apply innovative approaches for obtaining, disseminating, and applying insights related to customer feedback and competitive intelligence.

 

What You Will Do:

·       Collaborative projects: Collaborate with the Customer Insight team on ongoing projects, contributing ideas and insights. Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings, ideation sessions and research discussions.

·       Planning and coordination: Assist Customer Insights and Product teams with planning and coordination of various Advisory Board activities including in-person and virtual feedback events, surveys, and ad-hoc inquiries.

·       Data compilation and analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret customer satisfaction and engagement data using tools, software, and other relevant methodologies. Summarize findings and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation of findings.

·       Competitive review: Conduct comprehensive competitive audits to gather relevant information and insights on assigned key competitors. Transfer key knowledge and insights to functional teams in a manner appropriate to their needs and contributions to the business.

·       Documentation: Document research methodologies, processes, and findings in a timely and accurate manner.

·       Communication: present findings to the research team and contribute to the development of presentations, reports and/or articles. Effectively communicate research progress, challenges and potential solutions to team members and supervisors.

·       Learning and development: Actively engage in learning opportunities and training sessions to enhance skills and stay up to date on research methodologies and techniques.
