Target Range:

$17.00/hr. - $19.00/hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

This is a commission eligible role.

About This Job

Axos is hiring a Customer Loyalty Representative to sit within our consumer deposits team. This is a customer service role that focuses on customer resolution and outbound calling.
This ideal team member can quickly connect and empathize with their customers to build last relations to resolve their concerns and appropriately recommend solutions. This role is great for beginners in sales looking to start their career within FinTech and understand the day-to-day operations that make Axos successful.

• Communicate with customers by telephone to provide product and service information, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
• Describe products and services to customers in order to respond to customer questions and issues
• Lear and apply Procedures; Comprehensive new job-related information in a timely manner and correctly; recalling and applying that information during customer calls/emails
• Answer secure and unsecure email and live chat inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing an accurate response

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months' retail banking and/or call center 
• Knowledge in banking regulation and compliance but not limited to the following: Regulation CC, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA PATRIOT Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
• Punctual, with outstanding work ethics
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Excellent written communicator
• Possess excellent keyboard skills and etiquette
• Quickly and accurately perform multiple tasks
• Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
