As a Customer Mailing - Associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by providing current and prospective customers with the proper fulfillment, preparation, and packaging of various marketing parcels.
Here's what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.
- Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
- Work on a conveyor system to prepare and package various marketing parcels.
- Adhere mailing labels correctly either manually or with barcode scanners and printers. Checking labels for errors.
- Ensure boxes successfully run through the taping process.
- Accurately fulfill and seal parcels with the appropriate marketing materials and product samples.
- Keep your area neat and clean.
- Make boxes as needed.
- Fold totes, remove polybags, and inspect items as needed.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Equivalent experience is considered having at least 1 year of longevity with a single employer, working in a full-time capacity.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist.
- Ability to use hands, wrists, arms and shoulders in repetitious movements.
- Frequent reaching below, above and at shoulder level.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Ability to operate machinery with pinch/cut points.
- Ability to use machinery and power hand tools.
- Frequent standing and walking on even surfaces throughout a 8 hour day.
- Vision required: Depth, less than 20 inches, peripheral.
- Work will be performed indoors and can be dusty.
- Work will be performed at 4imprint, Oshkosh.
