Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing and energetic marketing team. Breezeline's Customer Marketing Coordinator will focus on supporting the execution of ongoing customer communications across multiple channels, development of new campaign assets, workflow organization, and cross functional relationships. The position will also have opportunities to work on projects across the entire marketing department. As a team member your workstyle is extremely organized and you enjoy working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. The ability to manage multiple programs with competing deadlines is critical.

This position reports to the Customer Marketing Director.

Location: Quincy, MA

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate development of creative assets to support business priorities
• Lead the inventory management of critical business communications
• Develop and manage a communications calendar to balance the deployment of multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Assist in the management of external vendors
• Support invoice processing and budget management
• Cross train on programming advertising scheduling and accounting
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years in marketing or agency client management experience preferred
• Strong project management, communication and time management skills
• Positive attitude with rigorous attention to detail
• Data mindset and ability to distill information into actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and G-Suite including Google Analytics
• Knowledge of project management tools, SmartSheets a strong plus
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platforms
• Excellent verbal and written skills
