The Opportunity

Simpplr is looking for data-driven, growth-focused Digital Marketing Manager to assume hands-on management and execution of paid search advertising across Google Ads and Bing Ads, as well as digital advertising campaigns across Google Display Network (GDN), LinkedIn, Facebook and additional display and social channels. You will take our advertising and marketing programs to the next level with demonstrated improvements in lead generation. You will be joining an exciting company experiencing hyper growth and a team that values collaboration and fun. We’d love for you to share your previous marketing program successes.

Your Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
  • Develop and execute on customer marketing programs to generate leads and opportunities to support upsell pipeline and revenue goals
  • Understand customer personas (internal communications, HR and IT) and new product initiatives to build a comprehensive annual marketing plan
  • Align with account management team to deliver programs, track results and analyze and report on performance
  • Develop a customer communications and development plan to grow a customer community, increase customer loyalty, and grow customer advocates
  • Develop and support partner marketing initiatives to increase pipeline from the partner ecosystem
  • Hands-on involvement with campaign execution including content writing, list segmentation and creation of report
Your SkillsetWhat makes you a great fit for the team:
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer marketing programs
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with a software company 
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer community experience
  • Experience working at a high growth company a plus
  • Experience managing partner programs a plus
  • Bachelors degree
