About The Role

This operational role will focus on supporting critical functions to support the development of programs that span the lifecycle of customer advocacy, all the way through cross sell. In this role you will be highly collaborative and cross functional, working across the business with customer experience, product marketing, demand generation and content. 

Responsibilities + Projects

  • Execute Marketo email development for customer marketing and demand. Including testing, and targeting, and working cross functionally on the master email marketing calendar. 
  • Execution of customer-centric webinar campaigns, working cross functionally on logistics and developing an audience acquisition strategy
  • Manage delivery of incentives for G2 review campaigns
  • Execution of our welcome /implementation program (emails, swag, etc). 
  • Assist in the day to day execution of the reference program (sourcing, Figma cross posting, social proof,etc)
  • Create a database for customer quotes and logos and update internal collateral as needed.
  • Curate content for internal newsletters to keep CX teams informed of marketing happenings
  • Maintain scalable tracking system for tracking customer references
  • Update advocate database to keep tracking and reporting up to date

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in driving demand, ideally from customer accounts, in a B2B environment (bonus points for SaaS and/or high-growth startups)
  • Strong command of webinars, email marketing, ABM, paid media, and digital programs are a must. Experience with marketing automation strategies and tools; Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Gainsight, ABM platforms, and Pendo are strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
