Job Description
Mintel is looking for a creative, data-driven B2B marketer to partner with the Client Success business in the Americas. You will be planning and executing campaigns and play a central role in refining our customer experience and the mass marketing efforts aimed at client usage, analyst engagement and account retention. This role will develop multi-channel communication strategy to market key services to our existing customers. To succeed, you’ll have experience and comfort using marketing automation platforms, end-to-end virtual and offline event planning, as well as stakeholder management.
This role will be based in the US, preferably in Chicago (or with the ability to travel to Chicago), and will work alongside the wider Americas Marketing team. This role reports to the Vice President, Marketing (based in Chicago); and will function as a key member of the Americas revenue group.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Plan, develop, and execute the marketing strategy aligned to shared Client Success goals, and deliver quality campaigns that drive customer usage and engagement.
- Lead and manage the varying channel activations including live stream events and webinars, email, content, user conferences and partnerships.
- Build and optimize programs within Marketo for new user and new account onboarding and lapsed users.
- Utilize Salesforce to produce ongoing reports on marketing effectiveness and ROI for distribution to marketing and sales leadership on a regular basis.
- Partner with PR, Content, Design, Product and Research teams to deliver high-quality and effective campaigns and communications.

- Multi-tasker: You can pivot on a moment’s notice; managing multiple projects and varying timelines to make sure client deadlines for each project are met. Strong organizational and problem solving skills are a must.
- A Collaborator: You bring an energy to the table that encourages and develops internal relationships. You seek out opportunities to collaborate with peers in your department and across the organization to ultimately elevate our clients’ experience
