Customer Master Data Analyst

Job Overview

Customer Master Data Analyst ensures customer data is maintained as per Company data standards, control requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs). Support related business projects/initiatives.

This position is based in our Frisco, TX office and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days remote)

Position Responsibilities

• Meet data standards, control requirements, SLAs and related business needs. The Customer MD analyst will manage customer requests for BC, WD, FSV and DSD.
• Ensure customer data is maintained as per data standard, control requirements and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support related business projects/initiatives, and be able to meet business needs and requirements in addition to regular data maintenance.
• Support relationships with key stakeholder groups, and collaborate with manager and team to support business needs.
• Identify and implement process improvement ideas. Work with the manager and team to support upstream and downstream business groups and optimize the end to end process.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls in order to mitigate operational/business and financial reporting risk.
• Build and maintain a solid base of skills and business knowledge and foster an open and supportive team environment(Requires Intermdiate - advanced excel skills, i.e., Vlookup, Pivot Tables and use of various functions)
• Completing special requests and ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested
• Identification and implementation of improvements to processes and systems
• Operate within internal and SOX controls by ensuring requests are performed and reviewed per the guidelines/standards.
• Escalate compliance failures and internal/SOX control issues to management weekly and monthly.
• Responsible for processing workload to ensure SLA and Productivity metric targets are being met

Requirements

• High School degree required
• 5 years of business experience with customer master data experience preferred.
• 3 years of SAP experience or similar system experience
• Customer Master Data/Data Standards Application experience
