As Customer Master Data Analyst within our Order to Cash team, you'll own the operational master data management such as master data creation and maintenance in the relevant system.

Main responsibilities:

• Create and update customer master data.
• Create and maintain transactional master data fields influencing the order process (for example, transportation zone and order information).
• Continuous improvement activities.

About you

• Experience: Previous experience in Customer service, Order to Cash and/or master data management
• Soft skills: Strong problem solving, and analytical skills
• Technical skills: SAP and Microsoft office knowledge
• Languages: Advanced English
