We are looking for a full-time, dedicated, and passionateĀ Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. You will be a core member of our customer success team, and you will be well positioned to succeed -- the entire company from sales, customer success, product, and engineering are all aligned to make sure our customers are successful!Ā 

You will primarily lead new client onboarding for mid-sized clients. To do this, you will ideally have an empathy for people, can explain concepts clearly and concisely both via email and via video calls, and are tech savvy. You will be measured on how well you help clients set and achieve their own goals.

Day in the Life:Ā 

  • Own the onboarding of new medium-sized customers to Workstream
  • Lead handoff calls with new customers to understand client needs, educate them on a successful hiring program, and set goals
  • You may lead up to 2 or 3 handoff calls a day, with each being 30-45 min long
  • Be an expert in Workstream, so you can guide new users and answer their questions. Make adjustments to client accounts as needed
  • Be the point person about new clients during their onboarding process
  • Collaborate with sales and other customer success teammates to pull in resources and support as needed
  • Keep track of client activity, notes, and next steps clearly in Salesforce
  • Conduct training for users. Develop training manuals and processes as needed to ensure users can grasp key ideasĀ 

Who You Are:

  • Assertive: Our biggest pivot this year is transforming away from being a reactive ā€œaccount helper/trainerā€ and toward being an ā€œassertive, proactive, & trusted advisorā€
  • Must be a good communicator, both verbal and written and must be able to explain concepts clearly and conciselyĀ 
  • Must be able to adapt and remain flexible with ever-changing processes
  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be empathetic to customer needs, understand that questions that customers ask
  • Must be entrepreneurial, hungry, passionate and tech-savvy
  • Must be detail oriented. Keeping track of notes is a key to success
  • Must be willing to attend in person meetings occasionally
  • Must have at least 1 year of professional experience

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau (or other BI/dashboarding tool) is a plus
  • Startup experience of 1 to 3 years (prior customer success experience even better)
  • Analytics skills a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding

Salary Range: In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is $60,000 in Lehi, Utah. This range is not inclusive of our bonus and equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
