About this role:
Kidde has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Operations Analyst at it's Atlanta, GA location. The Customer Operations Analyst will drive Collaborative Planning and Replenishment with the external customer and their account team throughout the item life cycle in the total supply chain. This role will influence the customer's new product launch, promotional plan and execute events, while leading the customer supply relationship. This role will be also responsible for building relationships with internal supply contacts including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Transportation, Warehousing and several other functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should have a complete understanding of all customer's extensive systems and data of future/historical replenishment, sales, inventories to best drive best in class promotional and event planning and processes
- Develop appropriate relationships and actively follow up to ensure maximum efficiency on forecasting and inventory management initiatives
- Provide regular communication and analysis of business results to the Supply Chain, Customer Alliance Management and Customer Development Team
- Formulate specific action plans to address issues and improve opportunities that support Customer, Supply Chain, and Sales objectives
- Continued development, improvement, and implementation of Collaborative Planning, Forecast, and Replenishment (CPFR) standard methodologies; internally and externally
- Serve as liaison between Customer Development and Customer Service to assure strong execution of the order fulfillment process
- Work cross-functionally with our centralized demand planning team to support the customer and strategic KPIs
- Builds strong relationships with our customers and maximizes the data to facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement
- Supports the order to invoice team, by monitoring via SAP reports the correct flow of order management as well as supporting and escalating execution with our customer and commercial teams
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years experience in customer engagement, supply chain operations
- 3+ years working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Other qualifications you may have that would be beneficial in this role include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar
- Master degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong Functional / Technical knowledge of Supply Chain processes
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Advanced EXCEL skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, slicers) with the ability to create tools, manipulate, and analyze data
