Flex is looking for a rockstar Customer Operations Analyst (Zendesk & Hubspot Admin) to manage our Partner Success and Customer Success tech stack. We are looking for intelligent, reliable, motivated, goal-driven candidates who are team players with an optimistic attitude, interested in new challenges, and seeking more efficient ways to improve our current and future systems.

Ideal candidates have worked on the Salesforce and Hubspot platforms, Zendesk, Tableau, along with other GTM tech systems, and have an understanding of its capabilities and use cases. 

What you'll do:

  • Ensure that the Customer and Partner Success tools are optimality configured to meet department needs
  • Create customized integrations across internal tools and work with Engineering and Data teams to improve customer service experiences through automations and data aggregation.
  • Work with department leaders to configure customized workflows within Zendesk, HubSpot, Slack and other third party applications.
  • Create powerful reports and dashboards using data from various sources to drive product improvements and business decisions
  • Perform database maintenance, ensuring the system is clean and maintained for reporting purposes. 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a high-performance operations and systems administration environment
  • Zendesk administration - experience in creating triggers, automations, and custom Zendesk API scripts
  • HubSpot administration - knowledge of Hubspot, creation of workflows, dashboards, and data integrations
  • Experience with Creating reports and dashboards in Tableau
  • Python - solid knowledge of Python with practical scripting experience using various APIs and integrations preferred, but not required
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Customer Support experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
