Job Description

You will provide end-to-end order entry and management for the NASD division including all steps in NASD's service orders, complex shipping issues, accounts receivable collections escalations, and non-standard invoicing requirements. In addition, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience (from order to shipping) by applying knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment. You will be required to resolve customer service issues for invoicing, including tax issues, and acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Tax, Accounts Receivables and Project Management to resolve customer inquiries. Additionally, you will lead reviews of prepaid deposit invoicing schedules and coordinates internal retrospectives for service invoicing. You will ensure that the customer deliverables are billed in a timely manner and that the necessary processes are followed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Order management experience, preferably in SAP
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Preparation of reporting of data from ERP systems such as SAP for internal and SOX Compliance
  • Experience with Microsoft or other general software programs such as Excel
  • Revenue recognition experience is helpful
  • Review of contracts for key financial terms including invoice timing and taxability of deliverables
  • Be able to identify and reduce broad concepts and strategies into structured projects to achieve innovative and effective solutions to critical and complex problems
  • Leads or contributes to the development of new projects/programs/processes, acting as the key technical contributor for area of responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required
  • 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level
  • A scientific background is beneficial but not essential

Pay Range

$69,120.00-$108,000.00
