That is why we are currently seeking the newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Customer Operations Manager located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting Sales & Inventory processes and Demand Planning activities for the E-Commerce (OBS) business
  • Manage order flow towards execution and fulfillment with respective support functions - order mgmt, logistics, PSI & CPFR teams
  • Manage fulfillment and inventory balance resulting in fill-rates, customer service levels and instocks that meet expectation
  • Communicate and interact directly with all key stakeholders including Account Directors/Executives, Logistics, Accounts Receivable/Credit, Supply Chain Management Divisions, and Customer Merchant Team Members
  • Responds directly to requests made by customers, sales, and supply chain teams regarding status of purchase orders to resolve customer escalations
  • Manage, track and facilitate resolution to escalations
  • Liaison between all related teams to support customer in timely resolution
  • Assist with reviewing and processing RMA's, allowances and refund requests
  • Create standardized processes for exception based voice of customer escalations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years related work experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service and/or Operations
  • Strong analytical and problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Advanced MS Excel and Planning systems experience preferred
