Customer Operations Manager (CO)

Position type: Full-time, exempt
Location: Â The position is located in our Greenwood Village, CO office. Employees are required to be in the office at least two days/week and may choose to work remotely or in the office the other days of the week.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, with activities related to support requests, implementation, training, data migration, reporting, change control, documentation, and configuration
- Strive to finish projects and tasks on schedule, within budget, at an exceptional level of quality
- Exceed customer expectations for technical accuracy, availability, responsiveness, and partnership in achieving identified keys to success
- Identify and scope upsell opportunities; collaborate with Sales to generate quotes and coordinate follow-up communications
- Cultivate trusted relationships that elevate and empower customers for success
- Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and value among their assigned list of customer accounts
- Perform routine customer check-ins
- Develop knowledge of the customer's business objectives, keys to success, and needs in order to deliver an extraordinary service experience
- In collaboration with the customer, develop a comprehensive plan built on acquired knowledge designed to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Execute contracted activities with excellence and professionalism
- Develop and maintain a customer schedule and routines
- Document workflow and other critical business decisions
- First-response Customer Support for assigned customers and Tier II support for additional customers as assigned
- Perform Bill CAPture enrollment tasks when necessary
- Execute assigned Customer Services contracts
Required experience and skills:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree/equivalent job experience
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management, Customer-facing technical support, experience implementing IT and/or Energy related projects
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, etc.

Pay range: $45,000 to $65,000/year, plus corporate bonus. Pay is commensurate on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
