Customer Order Management Administrator

Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Order Management Administrator to join our Upfit Center in New Hudson, MI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Responsible for supporting the Customer Order Management team with non-customer facing administrative and support tasks such as processing customer orders, compiling export/shipping documentation, internal system data maintenance, data cleansing and report creation.
  • Responsible for completing the Invoicing or Internal Transfer of completed goods.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to the order management team (for example typing, filing, scanning).
  • Under direct supervision, support the order management team with non-customer facing tasks by processing data and collating information in relation to all phases of the order life cycle.
  • Additional tasks including requesting and applying Programming Template file to the builds

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Basic computer software knowledge is preferred.
  • This position does not require any Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly range for this position is $18.08/hr to $27.12/hr, base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
