Here's the Gist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to take on the challenging role of Customer Program Manager. You will be responsible for managing logistics and supply chain of SiC device evaluation kits and reference designs. This role will also take a lead on managing product change notification (PCN) of SiC discrete power products and their relevant customer and field communication strategy.

The Day-to-Day

• Responsible for facilitating hardware programs such as evaluation kits and reference designs of SiC power products
• Project and relationship management of customer driven power design services projects
• Partner with planning, applications and external vendors to anticipate and solve supply chain issues of hardware programs
• Work with operations to oversee device, process and logistic level changes
• Work with quality, operations, reliability and marketing to make key decision on product change notifications (PCN)
• Create customer facing collateral to showcase Parametric/Dimensional/Process related changes and update product specification sheets
• Train global sales team on the PCN and work seamlessly with customers to support their PCN queries

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree
• 5+ Years as a program manager in the semiconductor industry
• Understanding of device level packaging and PCB assembly manufacturing processes
• Strong oral, written communication and customer facing skillset
• Team player, detail oriented with strong organization and management skillset
• Experience is using software such as: MS Office, Adobe InDesign and JMP
• Willing to travel domestically and overseas - 5%
