EnergyHub is looking for a Customer Programs Support Associate to ensure the success of our utility and consumer programs. We are supporting dozens of electric utility programs and we're growing quickly!

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide phone and email support for our program applicants and participants
  • Provide a 2nd and 3rd line of support to utility program staff and partner company customer support teams
  • Manage a trouble ticket queue to track issues from initial report to resolution
  • Work with other internal teams to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements to products and processes
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all program support activity as needed

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer support and/or process management role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • An outgoing and friendly personality suitable for representing EnergyHub to end users, partner companies, and utility program staff
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Excel 
  • Experience reporting software bugs and support ticket management is a big plus

This is an hourly position with the opportunity for overtime, as needed and approved. The rate for this position begins at $25 per hour, annualized at $52,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
