Network Infrastructure
The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.
The team you will be a part of
- Managing customer programs/projects for a defined product and/or service scope for a medium/large and complex customer contract with medium / high-risk probability.
- Delivering the operation and project single/multiple Business Groups / Units scope to the customer.
- Ensuring all project and operational management fully aligns with Nokia's Mode of Operation (MoO), Business Group guidelines and the PM@Nokia methodology.
- Planning and keeping customer projects updated to reflect and anticipate changes by coordinating change management on all aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule and quality (CSSQ).
- Assuring consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities.
- Participating in pre-sales and sales process activities
- Determining delivery approaches and alternatives and managing the selection of the final recommended approach to delivery.
- Ensuring handover from Sell to Execute and Delivery to Care and monitoring progress against it is done.
- Ensuring the project contract management process is initiated and executed.
- Defining the customization of any global operational processes together with a relevant point of contact to meet project requirements (for example, network operations, supply chain, logistics, and acceptance)
- Managing the customer relationship during delivery and serving as the primary interface toward customer in all activities related to the scope of the contract, including customer complaints, corrective actions, and changing requirements
- Preparing a clear and effective communications plan and ensuring proactive communication of all relevant information to the customer and all stakeholders
- Monitoring and ensuring the project is delivered within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope
- Ensuring that the project meets all targets for quality and continuously looking for quality improvement and customer satisfaction
- Actively applying appropriate best practices and lessons learned throughout the project's life. Monitoring, controlling, and reporting KPIs defined in the customer contract
- Ensuring data in all project-related tools and repositories are kept up-to-date and of high quality
- Conducting comprehensive risk management for all project risks and opportunities
- Seeking to define new opportunities to expand and renew contracts with the customer
- Leading the project team and performing some line manager responsibilities
- Completing the project closure and handover as required (for example, meeting contractual requirements, post-calculation, lessons learned etc.). (The term customer project generally refers to all forms of Nokia customer contracts, projects with a definitive start and end, and programs as collections of projects managed together for business benefits which may contain an ongoing operations business)
- High knowledge in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) FTTH deployment, FTTH architectures, Contractor management, risk management, H&S and FTTH equipment
- Knowledge of fiber optics
- Team guidance and management of stressful situations

Your skills and experience
You have :
- Associated degree or any certification related to technical expertise (Electronic, Telecommunication, similar)
- +10 years' experience in a similar position
- FTTH (Fiber to the Home) Experience
- Project Management
- Team Coordination
