About You
Nutrafol is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer team. The ideal candidate has a strong bias for action and experience supporting a variety of projects across marketing, tech and operations. In this role, you will report to the VP, Customers & Retention, and play an integral role in the delivery of retention marketing and customer experience projects. You will support the Customer team’s stakeholders in scoping projects, defining requirements, creating project plans and managing those plans through to execution in a cohesive and timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Support Customer team leadership in scoping projects, gathering requirements and developing projects plansÂ
- Work with project members and stakeholders to dive deep into requirements and dependencies to ensure they’re included in project plansÂ
- Lead the management of key projects, campaigns and programs, ensuring efficiency and timeliness
- Own end-to-end planning and delivery for Customer projects and programs, including status reporting and remediation as appropriate regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Communicate to stakeholders, partners, and leadership across all phases of work, tailoring structure and content of messaging to the needs of each audience
- Monitor, track, and resolve issues and dependencies to maintain on time delivery of project deliverables
- Provide administrative support with the development of decks, meetings, and presentations, as needed
- Represent the Customer Team’s project portfolio in weekly program and quarterly roadmap planning activities
- Be a thought leader in project management best practices and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification/experience in project management, advertising, program management, or similar field
- 4+ years experience leading multiple project teams through scoping, requirements gathering, planning and delivery of complex cross-functional projectsÂ
- Experience gathering project requirements and dependencies from multiple stakeholders, including marketing, tech, and operations teams
- Collaborative and innovative thinking, with a creative, solution-oriented approach and the ability to motivate teams
- Ability to constructively evaluate projects in terms of needs, and schedules, providing creative solutions for challenging situations
- Proficient in Asana, Jira and Google Suite
- Fully remote work experience, including a one-time allowance for home office setup
